Age is just a number; similarly, time is just a made up concept. The past had made us who were are, and it important to cherish it rather than be filled with regret. Everything happened for reason and there is no use in dwelling. The past should only be used as reference tool, when reflecting the reasons you were successful, and the mistake you should avoid.

Choose to Focus
Karma is an energy that can work both ways; therefore, it’s important to give others what you wish to receive. Good things happen to good people. However, before beginning to do good deeds, it is important to outline your course of action. Defining a clear set of goals will allow you to better allocate your resources and achieve that which you desire. You must choose to focus your efforts in order to remain on the path to happiness.
Keith and The Girl
When I first heard about Keith and The Girl (KATG) I wasn’t really open to the concept. I’m a very visual person and find it hard to pay attention to audio. But 4 years later, I find it hard to go through a week without a dose of this awesome podcast.
During my first year of University I decided to give the podcast a try, and was instantly hooked. I should mention that some of the content is intense, and KATG is definitely not for those who get easily offended. However, their candidness is very appealing. The podcast is vastly different than the familiar radio show format. Keith, an award winning comedian, and his partner Chemda, a world-renowned singer, speak honestly about almost everything and do not hide behind fake exteriors.
